Cancellation deadlines and refunds

The times and dates stipulated in the cancellation conditions correspond to the local time zone in which the accommodation is located.

– Cancellation by the tenant
Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the owner.
1. Cancellation before arrival at the premises
The deposit remains with the owner.

2. If the stay is shortened
The rental price remains with the owner. No refunds will be made.
